Any idea about who designed this retractable roof?

We are trying to propose a retractable roof for Singapore Defence Council recently. It would be great if there is any company specilizing in this are to cooperate with us.

Our company (Multimedia Engineering ptd ltd) has been working on the tensile fabric and spaceframe structure for more than 20 year. While it is the first project for retractable fabric structure.

total surface of stadium: 48,000 sq.m
span: 280 m
seats: 30,000
the movable roof part consists of two semi-spherical steel shells, weight 2X1100 t; movable distance: 120m
operation system: hydraulic winches supplied by Enerpac
time for open or close the roof: 20 to 30 minutes
